www.foldingbed.net - AWFUL, AWFUL experience
The manager/owner hung up on me.
He said he was not going to ship my item.
I paid 75 percent ($139.90) via money order and $46.00 dollars via paypal.
I emailed 3 times and called twice for tracking numbers.
Their email dated Dec. 31st said it was shipped.
When I called on January 4th, both the receptionist and owner said it was still on the shipping dock.
I understand about shipping over New Year, etc.
All they had to do initially was state (on Dec. 31): Item will go out ASAP.
Do NOT write/email ITEM WAS SHIPPED. As Judge Judy says: It is a contract.
When I asked for tracking info, no one gave it to me.
I opened a dispute on paypal.
I was told I cost them a $50.00 fee and it was my fault - etc.
I was hung up on.
For heaven's sake - just be honest.
I've never ordered from them before.
It is internet ordering.
COMMUNICATE - be honest.
They stole my money.
They steal from senior citizens.
Profoundly dishonest!
I am quite disturbed and have never been treated to shabbily and with so much venom and dishonesty on every level.
Legal action is being pursued via New York State attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. THEY were very helpful.
MANY, many negative comments have been un-earthed about this dishonorable company.
I should have checked them out first!
