I paid and waited two weeks. Item was lost in mail as per their own tracking system. Instead of re-sending the item, Derek stated, "There is a process." I indicated I needed it ASAP and I will pay the Priority mail fee. He stated "We only go to the post office once a week. It will go out today." He promised he would call me back in an hour and I waited. No call, no email. It is NOW 8 hours later. Still no email or call.
AVOID this dishonest company at all costs. For it could cost you customers and integrity."
